Lindsey Verraneault is a lifelong resident of Connecticut’s Quiet Corner, a proud mother of four, and an active community volunteer. She holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, bringing a strong foundation of leadership and strategic thinking to her work.

With a professional background spanning management, customer service, sales, and nonprofit fundraising, Lindsey has spent over 11 years in and out of the mortgage industry, gaining a deep understanding of its challenges, opportunities, and evolving landscape along the way. Today, as Broker/Owner and Vice President of NorthStar Home Loans, she leads the company’s operations, sales, HR, and growth strategy, empowering her team to thrive while ensuring the client experience remains exceptional.

While she no longer works directly with borrowers, Lindsey’s passion for helping people continues to drive everything she does, from building a values-driven company culture to mentoring loan officers and leaders across the organization. She’s known for her high standards, no-excuses mindset, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.

Outside of work, Lindsey loves to travel, explore new places, and spend quality time adventuring with her family.
